TERMS OF PAYMENT

All our invoices are payable in cash in Londerzeel. In case of non-payment of the invoice within thirty days and without any notice of default being required, the amount will be increased by operation of law with a conventional interest of 1.5% per month and, moreover, with a fixed compensation of 10%, this with a minimum of 50 EURO, regardless of any legal costs.

TRANSPORT CONVENTION

Regardless of any clause to the contrary, this transport is subject to the convention on the contract for the international transport of goods by road (CMR) insofar as it concerns transport as referred to in art. 1 of this convention.

LEGAL DISPUTES

Any legal dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brussels.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All quotations, offers and / or agreements with Transport Robbyns for the delivery of goods and / or the provision of services are exclusively subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of Transport Robbyns.
